Welcome to the April issue of T-CNews

Welcome to the January 2017 edition of T-CNews and happy new year. One of the main themes of this year is the continuing requirements of the increased accountability regulations (Senior Manager Regime, Certification and Code of Conduct). The deadline for the first certificates approaches and the first consultation paper on the widening of scope to all other authorised firms is imminent.

There are also changes kicking in under the MCD and MiFID II by this time next year.  Needless to say a lot to keep us busy. We have various articles on these topics to keep you abreast of developments as well as contributions from our regular contributors sharing their experience and expertise.  Enjoy
